This website does not facilitate or accept any form of payment. We disclaim any responsibility if you fail to conduct due diligence on sellers, winners, or buyers involved in external transactions. Auction winners will receive a ticket via email, which will include the seller's contact number. You are required to confirm the ticket password with the seller and arrange a meeting to collect your prize. Please ensure you bring the amount corresponding to your winning bid. Your ticket remains valid for seven business days. The auction winner is required to pay a deposit of $100, which will not be transferred to the seller but will be securely held in our vault until you arrive to collect your dog. If you do not show up within the seven business days, the $100 will be divided between the seller and our department. Therefore, if you choose to participate, please ensure you are committed.
AUCTION OWNERS & WINNERS RULES
AUCTION OWNER RULES: The dog owner is prohibited from selling the dog before the bidding period concludes. Violation of this rule may result in termination from the site. The auction owner cannot request additional funds from bidders. If the auction owner is found to be dishonest or fails to adhere to the established rules, they may also face termination. Auction owner must agree to giving this site administrator 25% FROM THE 100$ DOWN PAYMENT FROM THE WINNER, ONCE HE OR SHE PICKS UP THEIR BID WINNING PRIZE
WINNER GUIDELINES:
Winners must contact the auction owner right after receiving their ticket. They should verify the ticket password with the auction owner. A deposit of one hundred dollars is necessary; this amount will be deducted from the final bid winning price and sent to the auction owner once the winner collects the prize. If the winner does not follow through, the deposit may be forfeited to the auction owner. Multiple negative reports regarding attendance or communication with the auction owner may lead to disqualification.
